FEB 8 10am – 2hrs workshop
Want to add fabulous floorwork to your act but not sure where to begin? In this two hour intensive Kalikah Jade will take you through her favourite conditioning drills and stretches to build a strong and healthy foundation for floorwork, including the splits. With over 7 years of training in pole dance, aerial silks, yoga and contortion, you’ll learn a mixture of skills to draw upon in your own practice. You don’t have to be flexible to do this workshop – everything is catered to different levels of strength and flexibility. Bring a yoga mat, strap, kneepads or a blanket optional- wear leggings or pants, no skirts.
