  Sessions will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meetups at a mutually convenient time in 1 hour blocks, spread over a 3 month period. In the first session we will explore your goals and mindset, and develop a road map to achieving your goals within the program. Subsequent sessions will follow our roadmap and check in against your goals, with tailored advice and suggestions.
