Hailed as Adelaide’s Queen of Slink, Kalikah Jade is a mesmerizing belly dancer who has captivated audiences Australia wide with her signature high-octane acts. A fearless trailblazer who has defied convention with her artistic vision and unwavering passion for heavy alternative beats, Kalikah’s magnetic stage presence and evocative musicality effortlessly intertwines two unlikely worlds like no other.

Teachers & Training
Ever the cabaret chameleon, Kalikah’s roots in classic Egyptian, Turkish, and Lebanese style belly dance training makes her a versatile artist. She is an in-demand performer with skills to adapt to many audiences.
Over the years she has trained with local, national and international belly dancers, including (but not limited to): Nayima Hassan (SA), Gulten (SA), Sian Bhala (QLD), Aradia (QLD), Ashley Lopez (USA), Sashi (USA), Rachel Brice (USA) & Azad Kaan (TUR).
Kalikah has performed as a soloist and also in troupes across Australia. Most notably at Opalesque Dance Company in QLD, where she choreographed, taught & produced during her time there. Her current student troupe “Siren Bellydance” performs in local community events around Adelaide.
Her belly dance style, while technically falls into the Fusion category has a distinctly Egyptian flavour. With some experience in FCBD/ATS style and Global Caravan formats, and influence from Rachel Brice’s Datura format, she has a seamlessly blended style that is uniquely her own. She has been recently influenced by modern Oriental style bellydance, and counts Azad Kaan, Diva Darina, Oxana Bazaeva and Ariel Khalih as inspirations.
She is a former student of yoga, contortion and aerial arts, bringing elements of these disciplines to her classes.


Festivals & Career Highlights
As a regular fixture on SA’s cabaret circuit, with each electrifying performance Kalikah earns her reputation as a sought-after artist who sets every stage ablaze with a mere flick of her hips.
She’s had regular appearances at some of Adelaide’s best variety and cabaret shows, including Big Day Out Burlesque, Cirque Nocturne, Hell In Heels Cabaret and Scene Queens. She has been a regular artist for over three years in the award-winning monthly production Inferno – Australia’s Premiere Fire Show and is a resident performer at Nineteen Ten Burlesque Bar, Adelaide.
She has performed in eight seasons of Adelaide Fringe Festival, six seasons of Cabaret Fringe festival, the Adelaide Belly Dance Festival, Feast Festival and the Back To Back Cabaret Festival. In 2022 she was a featured soloist in the Royal Adelaide Show extravaganza “Rock Arena” which saw her perform to crowds of over 20,000 people nightly.
She has performed and taught classes all over Australia, appearing as a feature artist in a number of events and shows. Recent career highlights include special appearances at WAMED (Western Australia Middle Eastern Dance) Festival in Perth and Synthesis Fusion Weekend in Brisbane. In 2025 she celebrated her third year in a row as a featured artist and teacher at Gothla, Australia’s first and only Alternative Bellydance Festival in Sydney.
